We are located in Medical Office Plaza to the east of St. Joseph Hospital.

- From I-5 take exit 255 and head west on Sunset Drive.
- Take a right onto Ellis Street.
- At the stoplight take a right onto Squalicum Parkway, then take the first left at the Medical Office Plaza sign which leads directly to the Medical Office Plaza (Clock Tower) building and the adjacent parking lot.
- Northwest Eye Clinic is located in Suite 260 on the second floor of the Medical Office Plaza (Clock Tower) building.
HOURS OF OPERATION
8 AM to 5 PM Monday thru Friday. A physician is on-call after hours for emergencies.
